Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking Project Coordinators that play the role of liaison between our technicians and our clients. The agents responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching and ensuring successful completion of each customer related incident. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling technician and client related issues, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This person will be working with a team in a very fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer incidents and inquiries in a timely and organized fashion
  • Manage numerous inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep comprehensive records of all conversations in our internal support system
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM or Service Tracking systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Keep records of all conversations in our support database in a comprehensible way
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
